Praying for Joy

In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” Phil 4:6

Join Joy in praising God:

  • daily provision and blessings
  • the ability to travel, support raise and train full-time
  • great friends and family who are a continual support and encouragement
  • a husband who loves the Lord, loves Joy and is committed to ministry

Please pray for Joy:

  • health and safety
  • relationships with family, friends, supporters and others
  • marriage- communicating and living well together
  • living in transition- life is challenging without a place to call your own
  • financial support- God owns the cattle on a thousand hills but support raising for Australia is still a daunting task
  • the steps towards Australia- there are many things that have to fall into place before Joy and Ryan can move overseas
  • continual direction and daily provision
  • acceptance into the masters degree program in social work at the University of Western Australia

  2. Hey Joy~ Love following your blog! 🙂 How much longer do you have in PNG? If I remember right, your initial post was for 2 yrs. Are you planning to stay longer? Looks like you are having quite an amazing experience over there!!

  3. What a privilege it is to support you in this work… Of course we’ll continue and we’ve raised our small contribution just a bit too! Blessings on your decision process and on you for the giant impact God has chooses to have through you!

  4. Didn’t realize you were a missionary when I posted my first blog. I am an intercessory missionary and in ministry training to take Christian festivals sparking revival around the world. New vision, and a walk of faith, especially here at the International House of Prayer. I will pray for you regularly. Check out the web site. God is amazing as He put PNG on my heart since childhood and I have always wanted to go there as a missionary. I can’t go but you have. I support you all the way. God Bless you and strengthen you and be encouraged today!
