My May newsletter has been sent. Don’t worry too much if you haven’t gotten it quite yet, it may still be traveling through cyberspace. But please let me know if by tomorrow you still haven’t received it. If you don’t normally get my newsletters you can either click on the link here (May Newsletter) for the smaller web-size version or email me at email@example.com and I will send you a larger version with better quality pictures.
The newsletter has pictures from the STEP in-service which ends tomorrow and explains a bit about what is to come in the next year. Thank you for your continued support and interest in PNG, the Onobasulu people and the work that currently consumes my life. Without your prayers I would not be able to what I do.
Although the STEP in-service time has been stressful in some ways, it has also been really encouraging. I received a couple comments from students in passing that they enjoyed my teaching and received positive feedback on our evaluation forms too. My working relationship with Jeffery and Hauwo is stronger then ever. And this is especially encouraging because I feel it re-confirms my decision to stay longer. God is definitely good even when we don’t see it right away.
